Non-Independent Assessment
Candidates can choose the type of forklift for assessment: Rough Terrain Masted Forklift, Counter-balance Forklift or Telescopic Forklift. The assessment covers the use, operation and maintenance of the machines, pre-use maintenance and safety checks, recognition of controls and instruments.
Please note a DVSA driving licence is required to drive on a public highway.
From September 2026 battery and fuel powered options will be available.
If taking the Rough Terrain the 'with Materials Handling' option is available as an add on unit.
